They're more than twice as strong and heavy as imitations on the market. Gleaming "refrigerator-white" vinyl laminate (not paint) is permanently bonded, inside and out, to furniture-quality 5/8" high-density cabinet grade particle board. Each unit rests on non-marring Nylon floor glides. Women's cubbies are each 4" x 6" and Men's Cubbies are each 5" x 6¼". All are a full 14" deep.
Door models incorporate laminated doors bonded on 3/8" cabinet-grade particle board. Hinges are durable cabinet grade swinging-arm type, lightly spring loaded, and completely hidden from exterior view. In other words, doors close flush and stay closed. Women's 20 pr. and Men's 15 pr. models have one door. All other door models have two doors.
Shoe Cubbies are suitable for stacking. If stacking more than two units high, anchoring to a wall is highly recommended.
