Cucina Toscano features a 3" thick Hard Maple Top, butcher-block style.  The cutting surface has an oil finish for cutting and is grooved all around to catch liquids or juices, while the sides have Varnique finish.  The two-drawers are dovetailed maple as is the bottom shelf.  Removable center shelf is made of Food Service grade Stainless Steel - it can be used as a serving tray.  The frame and towel bar are Stainless Steel, and the cart comes equipped with 3" commercial grade locking casters.  Overall height - 35".
