The End-Cap is the 3" piece that protrudes slightly from the short end of the Cross-Beam.
The Post Shell is the Deluxe Post without any parts or appendages.
Replacement parts are NON-REFUNDABLE (except for defects.)
Keystone Replacement Parts
To determine door generations: Close the mailbox door and look up underneath the door. If you see springs and a rod, held to the door with 2 screws, then you have a 1st generation door. If there's no rod or a rod that's held in place by tension from the hardware at both ends, it's a 2nd generation door.
