One of our more popular mirrors, the round mounting base conceals all hardware, and the double-swing-arm extends to 13.5".  The mirror itself is 8.375" in diameter and the 3x magnification side reverses to 1x, unmagnified.  The double swing-arm pivots through 180° and the base, and the "elbow" rotates 360°.  The mirror itself tilts, flips over, and rotates through 360° - for the perfect viewing angle.
