Sold exclusively to restaurants until now, Sani-Tuff® cutting boards are made from a specialized rubber compound that won't absorb liquid or odors, and preserves knife edges longer than wood or plastic cutting boards. These NSF, USDA, and FDA approved cutting boards won't splinter, chip, or swell, offering a much longer service life. San-Tuff® cutting boards can be resurfaced by sanding - adding years of use to the product. To clean, simply hand wash with dish soap and water. See below for the variety of shapes and sizes.
