World Class Mirrors
- All TonJon / Nova mirrors can be fabricated using Optical Select Glass, except 1x
(no magnification) mirrors.
- Optical grinding finishes the glass surface to
astronomical telescope standards. Optical Select Glass meets these
same standards.
- To be called OPTICAL SELECT GLASS the lens in
your mirror is inspected to the rigorous standards required of optically
ground glass and then certified and dated.
- Magnifying mirrors necessarily have a curved surface. OPTICAL SELECT GLASS curvature meets very very precise tolerances - ensuring a perfect image.
- Optical Select Glass eliminates the faint
"shadow image" visible on most mirrors, whether magnifying or not.
- Mirrors with Optical Select Glass are custom made and
therefore not refundable except for defects.
- Shipping for groups 1 through 4, usually three
days, requires an extra week.
- Shipping time for groups 5 and higher is not
extended.
